Power noise and timing verification of FPGA boards with a single oscilloscope.
For those struggling with power sequence evaluation of FPGA boards! Achieve synchronized verification with high resolution and large capacity memory for all channels, reducing design workload.
Do you have any of these concerns? - Unable to accurately observe the startup sequence of multi-rail power supplies around FPGAs and ASICs across all systems. - Unable to distinguish minute power supply noise (power integrity) in devices with less than 12 bits. - It takes time to verify the timing margins (setup time, etc.) of clock signals and numerous data lines. The oscilloscope 'R&S MXO 5' fundamentally solves these issues. ◇ Comprehensive capture of critical synchronization timing for multi-rail power supplies With simultaneous observation of up to 8 channels, it captures the power sequence of complex multi-system power supplies on a single screen. ◇ High-precision PI analysis with standard 12-bit ADC and low noise performance Thanks to the low-noise design of the front end and high resolution, it clearly visualizes millivolt-level small ripples and voltage drops due to transient responses superimposed on the core power supply. ◇ Standard memory of 500M points in parallel across all channels Records the behavior of the circuit board over long periods while maintaining high sampling speeds. It accurately captures voltage drop phenomena that can cause unexpected resets or malfunctions. A live demo showcasing the clear performance differences compared to conventional models is currently available on our website.
